The AWE Mentorship Program connects underclassmen with more experienced members in AWE. Whether you’re looking for advice, or just looking to make a new friend, the mentorship program allows members to support one another throughout their journey at Cal.

Breaktimes are AWE’s Friday lunch events, offering opportunities to learn more about our sponsor companies. Chat with recruiters to discover insights about their companies and gain perspective on working as a gender minority in the tech industry. Breaktime events are exclusively for AWE members.

AWE hosts industry events that are open to the larger EECS community. These include infosessions, tech talks, and panel discussions with the UC Berkeley Corporate Access Program.

Our technical workshops provide a crash course on skills and topics chosen by popular demand, led by AWEfficers and other student organization leaders.

Our ProDev team is here to help you prepare for the recruiting season. We review resumes and host work sessions. We also host ProDev Office Hours where you can chat with our officers and ask any questions you have about the recruiting process.
